Activities
Our activities director provides arts and crafts, hosts movie days, leads bingo games, and other activities that keep the mind and body stimulated.
Social Work
Our social work department helps participants locate community resources and assists caregivers and family members with psychosocial services. Marriage and Family Therapists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers are available for psychotherapy services.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapist is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our participants. We provide physical and occupational therapy that builds and maintains your health and wellness.
Nursing
With medication management and on-site emergency treatment, our nurse provides excellent care to our participants, making them feel at ease with routine check-ups with doctors in our area.
Transportation
Our services include transportation between your residence and the program. We pick up participants from Atwater to Livingston and more. Wheelchair-bound individuals who qualify must use para-transit.
Nutrition
Nutritional and dietary services are available to help plan healthy diets. Nutritious hot meals and snacks are provided daily.
Program Cost
Day Break costs may be covered for eligible participants by Medi-Cal and private pay. If you are not covered by any of these, please contact the Day Break social worker to discuss payment options.
