Day Break Adult Day Health Care

 Our mission is to address the needs of the Central Valley community by providing care management with dignity for all.  

 Adult Day Health Care has been serving Merced County for over twenty years, providing respite care for seniors and their families. Under private ownership for the last six years, we have recommitted ourselves to our passion for superior care for our participants.  

 Our team of dedicated workers has given their time and effort to support the community of Atwater. We offer superior care through our team members, which include a Dietician, Physical Therapist, Activity Coordinator, and an L.C.S.W. or Social Worker.
